Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Answer: While we guarantee that you will receive the original product from the supplier, since we provide intangible and irrevocable goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.
If the trading platform updates, will the EA stop working?
Answer: Each EA corresponds to a specific version of the trading platform, which you can find in the file we send you. If the trading platform prompts you to update, close the prompt and do not update. If you've already updated, the file includes instructions on how to change the trading platform version.
What if an EA with DLL files won't install or crashes?
If the EA still doesn't work correctly after following these steps, it may be incompatible with your VPS environment. To resolve this, try installing and testing it on another computer or consider changing your VPS.
Click "Help" -> "About" in the trading platform to check the version. (Some DLLs require a specific version of the trading platform. If the version is incorrect, you may need to switch to a compatible version.)
Install the DLL files in the root directory of MT4 and restart the trading platform. (The root directory is the location on your computer where MT4 is installed, not accessed through the trading platform itself.)
DLL files may be blocked by antivirus software, so turn off your antivirus software while downloading the files.
Important Note:
Some products use a custom DLL "msimg32.dll."
Antivirus software may block it and flag it as a virus.
You need to allow it in your antivirus software.
This is a false alarm and is safe.
The reason for triggering this warning is that it is a custom DLL.
It has not been verified by any publisher but is necessary to unlock the product.
